스위스, 폴란드, 에스토니아, 캐나다, 덴마크, 싱가포르, 유럽연합(EU)의 신임 주한대사로부터 신임장을 제출받았습니다.
가장 먼저, 재임 동안 양국 관계가 여러 분야에서 발전할 수 있도록 소통의 가교 역할을 충실히 해 주길 요청했습니다.
특히 우리의 강점인 인공지능과 첨단 기술, 방산 분야의 협력을 강화해 나가길 바라며, 나아가 한국이 국제사회에서 더 큰 역할을 수행하는 데도 긴밀히 협력하길 바란다고 강조했습니다.

I received letters of credence from the new ambassadors of Switzerland, Poland, Estonia, Canada, Denmark, Singapore and the European Union.
First and foremost, I requested that the ambassadors faithfully perform the role of a communicative bridge to ensure our bilateral ties advance across various fields during their time in office.
In particular, I emphasized my hope for stronger cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence, advanced technology, and the defense industry—all of which are Korea’s strengths—as well as close collaboration for Korea’s greater role on the international stage.
On behalf of the Republic of Korea, a heartfelt welcome to the new ambassadors on their assignments. May all of their time in Korea be meaningful and happy.
